ZURATEC GmbH was founded in January 2025 by the two managing partners, Dirk Raskopf & Rainer Zuber, after several years of cooperation as independent business actors, with a focus on systematic, practice-oriented & target-oriented management consulting with the following focal points:

  • Former Managing Director of a medium-sized group of companies in the forming and welding technology sector (holding company and two production sites)
  • Sales, quality and key account manager, risk manager
  • 25 years of experience in the areas of quality management and production, trained specialist auditor DIN EN ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, IATF 16949, 14001 and automotive standards
  • 25 years of experience implementing and auditing integrated management systems, risk and project management
  • Manager of EBIT-oriented turnaround and restructuring projects - reorganisation, restructuring, also for planned company sales
  •  Industries: Metalworking industry, mechanical engineering, apparatus and tank construction, automotive, aerospace, hydraulics
  •  Technologies: Forming and welding technology, metalworking, fluid technology, bonding technology, plastics processing, surface technology 


Rainer Zuber

  • Expert, with almost 30 years of international experience, specialising in international sales & marketing, business development,
  • 25 years of global sales responsibility in the field of special machine construction and technical textiles, including over 20 years in management positions in operational areas
  • 20 years of experience in business development / sales Europe, China, South Korea & USA and Mexico within the automotive supply industry and in the field of technical textiles (TechTex)
  • 20 years of direct cooperation with OEMs in the automotive and aerospace sectors
  • Director Sales & Marketing as authorised signatory in special machine construction
  • Management consultancy for automotive & mechanical engineering with focus on Asia & global networks, since 2014
  • Development and implementation of integrated management systems, certified QMB-TÜV®, project management
  • Certified sales manager (IHK), European welding specialist
  •  Industries: General and textile special machine construction, automotive & filter industry, processing industry, technical textiles, aerospace industry
